How long will it be till my order is shipped?
We are located in Ottawa, Canada. However, due to our proximity to the US, we ship all our orders from the US, save for orders being shipped within Canada. Processing times vary across our products.
If you need your item quickly, please contact us to confirm order processing and delivery times.
When will my order arrive?
We strive to ensure all orders are shipped out in time. Most items are shipped out the next day, however, some items require longer processing times. Each listing clearly specifies our processing times.
Once shipped, typically,
US orders: will arrive in 3-4 business days
Canada orders: will arrive within 2-10 business days
International orders: will arrive within 5-15 business days
Please check each individual listing for estimated delivery times.
We do not and cannot guarantee shipping times. All shipping times stated in our policies and listings are estimates only.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Please note that we unfortunately will be unable to issue refunds or honor returns based on balloon breakage as a result of improper usage.
Returns and refunds are issued in accordance with our return policy set forth below:
If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must pay for return shipping. We recommend purchasing insurance, delivery signature, and parcel tracking options. All returns must be sent to our location.
In accordance with our policy, we would accept returns within 21 days from the date of receiving the product, for any unused items. Items must be in the same condition as was received and must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
Personalized or custom items are non-refundable.
Best floating results?
Customers are please advised to add helium until the balloon reaches its correct size of 36" in diameter. Use a tape measure for size reference. As a guide, 14 cubic feet of helium is required for each 36" balloon
